All of our products are dyed by hand- one by one, either by dunking, pouring or immersing the fabric in dye. The pigments are measured by the naked eye and boiled in a beautiful copper vat over a gas burner. The fabric is immersed in the dye and boiled, occasionally stirred and then dunk dyed again, for an irregular effect. Its a magical process and there is so much beauty in it.
