Made from 100% recycled Tussah silk
cocoons, The Frode is Boem’s signature
hero piece with a back story to match.
We sweep up the cocoons after the silk has
been processed and we send it off to our
tribe of beautiful women in the remote, rural villages of Nepal and India.
Under our fair trade arrangement, they spin
the cocoons and the recycled silk into a yarn then weave it into this amazing piece, entirely by hand. We then overdye it by hand, and commence our in-house distressing process, to finish it off perfectly imperfectly, to give it the authentic, Boem signature stamp.

straight from the earth, but also
sustainable and loaded with magic from the
hands of many very special human.
